Service Advisor

Established Bosch Service Centre & Auto Workshop Seeks an Experienced Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet customers
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process
• Customer follow ups
• Maintain a high CSI
Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• Driver's license
• Minimum 3 years experience working as a Service Advisor within a Service/Repair Center capacity
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outgoing and vibrant personality
